All About Our Flexographic Trade Printing Service

Since we launched our flexographic printing facility in 2017, enabling us to supply both printed and plain flexible packaging, we have been steadily building a reputation for high quality flexographic printing. Our trade printing service provides for excellent quality and fast, flexible response times.
With our large format flexographic printing press, we offer high quality print in up to six colours as a trade partner, on both paper and film substrates, including Polythene, PET, Paper, Pre Laminate and Post Laminate.
We have a broad cylinder range offering print repeats from as little at 40mm and up to 630mm and can supply one to six colours, as well as line and process printing on most substrates up to a maximum print width of 1200mm and a material width of 1230mm.
We also offer speciality inks for a broad range of uses, including colour change process inks for Steam (Autoclave) and Ethylene Oxide (EO) sterilisation methods, as well as printing with both solvent and water based inks.
In addition, we also provide our customers with a full slitting and rewinding service with a maximum slit width of 1250mm.
We are accredited to ISO 13485 Quality Management Systems allowing us to offer the necessary QMS and hygiene requirements for most types of packaging.
