Welcome to Granton® Medical Products & Services
With roots in Sheffield, England dating back to 1601, we have been involved for many years in manufacturing medical devices - including the world renowned Ragg medical tuning forks, surgical scalpels and blades, instruments and diagnostic products.
In 1999 we set up a plant for producing self seal sterilisation pouches in a range of standard and custom sizes.
Further investment in packing machinery during 2002/03 has enabled us to offer sub-contract medical device assembly, packing and sterilisation services in our 40,000 sq ft purpose built factory.
Self Seal Sterilisation Pouches
Our Self Seal Pouches are suitable for use in autoclave and ethylene oxide sterilisers, and are available in a range of sizes, in both Granton® brand and private label packaging, by arrangement.

Sub Contract Packing
We offer a complete device sub-contract packing service, including product assembly, pack design, automated or hand packing and sterilisation management. Sub-Contract packing takes place in out 5,000 sq ft clean room facility which is specified to operate at ISO class 7 (FS 209E Class 10,000) classification, in accordance with international standard ISO 14644-1:1999. |

Disposable Gloves
We also supply a range of disposable examination gloves, carefully chosen to complement our other medical products. Our examination gloves are strictly medical grade and are manufactured under ISO and GMP conditions to guarantee the highest quality. Our range includes both pre powdered and powder free latex and vinyl examination gloves and we are able to supply cased or pallet quantities direct from our warehouse, or in container volumes by arrangement. Blue vinyl food handling gloves are also available at competitive prices. |
